Remember to vote. This is a great time to be alive with the world changing and with the freedoms we enjoy nothing could be better. 1200 west(wal-mart road) is still on the way with most of the issues being resolved. Also Utopia is in full swing and soon we will be on the cutting edge of technology. The old saying is Location, Location, Location, well we in perry have just that and I am proud to be from Perry City. Thanks for all you do as citizens and friends living in perry city. If we keep working together we can make Perry an even better place to live. Make sure you get around Perry to see the sites and enjoy this time of year. href=’http://perrypulse.perrycity.org/__oneclick_uploads/2007/10/s7300420.JPG’ title=’Heritage Theater’>Heritage TheaterHeritage Theater Perry Canyon

Hello again this has been a great summer. I hope everyone is enjoying the heat (laugh). My grandmother used to say life begins at 95…..degrees. Once again we would like to invite everyone out to city council. We meet the second and fourth Thursday of each month and the room is air-conditioned so if nothing else come and enjoy the cool air and wonderful conversation. Also if you’re running for a city council seat it is a great way to get ahead of the game. We have seen several of you there so keep up the good work.
I would like to extend an invitation to all volunteers. We are working on parks and trails so if you would like to make them better and get involve and get some good exercise let me know. Thanks for all you do and make sure you come to the “Meet the Canidates Night” at Perry Elementary Tuesday the 21st of Aug.
Mayor Nelson
Our hearts and prayers go out to our fellow Utah citizens in Huntington. We hope for the best.

I wanted to point out the new photo gallery I’ve been working on putting into the newly designed website. I’ve put in a handful of pictures from the July 4th celebration under the Arts and Recreation page of the site. Here is a link - be sure to check them out! I’ve posted one of my favorites that I took here in this post.
